The Incredible Hulk's favorite emotion: ANGER!

Anger is an emotion.

Keep in mind that even Jesus experienced anger, so getting angry is not necessarily wrong or even sinful.  (Anger can be a good thing. It might give you a way to express negative feelings or motivate you to find a solution to problems.)
It is when the emotion controls you -instead of you controlling it -that things often get messy and you start losing friends.
Below are some of the best things ever said about anger.

He who strikes the first blow admits he's lost the argument.  -Chinese Proverb

Anger is only one letter short of danger

“For every minute you remain angry, you give up sixty seconds of peace of mind.”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Whatever is begun in anger ends in shame.” -Benjamin Franklin

"I'm getting angry...you won't like me when I'm angry" -Hulk

“I know of no more disagreeable sensation than to be left feeling generally angry without anybody in particular to be angry at”

Frank Moore Colby

“The world needs anger. The world often continues to allow evil because it isn't angry enough.”  -Bede Jarrett

"The truth shall make you free, but first it shall make you angry."

Anger is a momentary madness, so control your passion or it will control you.
Horace

"Anger ventilated often hurries toward forgiveness; and concealed often hardens into revenge"

Edward Bulwer-Lytton

"Speak when you are angry - and you'll make the best speech you'll ever regret."  -Laurence Peter

A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult
(Proverbs 12:16).

"In your anger do not sin": Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold
(Ephesians 4:26-27).
